How much does it cost to book the Beebe Estate?

Is parking available?
Parking is available for the renter directly behind the Beebe Estate for set up and clean up. Guest parking is on the street. Parking is allowed behind the Beebe Estate on Sundays.
What equipment is included?
The following equipment is available as part of your rental:
7 high top tables
7 dining tables that each seat 6 people
58 folding chairs
Mini-kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave oven, sink and counter space
Do you provide audio/visual equipment for rentals?
No, we are unable to provide any A/V equipment.
Is the Beebe Estate air conditioned?
We have a portable A/C unit that can lower the temperature on a hot day, but doesn’t make the inside necessarily ‘cool’.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Alcohol may be served if a permit is obtained from the City of Melrose and an insured TIPS certified bartender serves. Please click here for more information.
